MINDFULNESS

Interactive session via zoom to provide training in Mindfulness either for your own self development or for your clients. It is a mind-body experience or technique, using meditation, focus,breathing, awareness of body, relaxation and some elements from CBT to enable balance with our thoughts and feelings.  It affects the way the brain works showing increased activity in the pre-frontal cortex which is an area of the brain associated with positive emotion.
