Sessions in CBT for help with negative thoughts or Anxiety
These three sessions are for you if you want to work with changing your beliefs and improving your communication effectiveness to create better outcomes such as money, business, relationships, happiness and wellbeing. This is open to everyone.
If you are already a therapist then you will receive a CPD certificate of attendance outlining the subjects covered. Develop techniques for building belief in yourself and becoming more positive and achieving the outcomes you choose.
