Through the use of Clinical Hypnotherapy and various talking therapy techniques I offer safe and confidential treatments and support. In these sessions I will guide you into finding new ways of thinking and feeling; to overcome issues such as anxiety, fears, low self-esteem, emotional issues; and to manage negative beliefs that may prevent you from reaching your potential. You will be provided with the coping tools and guidance to move forward and make the changes that you want- tools that you can use even after our sessions are finished.

What to expect from Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is not like stage hypnosis. Hypnotherapy allows you sink into a deep state of relaxation, where your subconscious mind will become very receptive and more readily able to act upon new suggestions. Many people report feeling much less stressed and much more at peace during and after their hypnotherapy sessions.
You will be perfectly fine to drive after the hypnotherapy session although you may have someone come with you if you wish.

Control your food intake with Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis
What is a Virtual Gastric Band?
With the use of suggestions in hypnosis it is possible to convince your sub-conscious mind that a gastric band has been fitted. This is called a virtual gastric band and your body responds as if one has been fitted and gives you a feeling of satiety after eating less than you normally would. This is a much safer option and costs a lot less than the actual operation.
The treatment is usually over 6 sessions, normally on a weekly basis, but can be varied to suit the individual.
SELF-HYPNOSIS FOR CHILDBIRTH (HYPNOBIRTHING)
Learn how to hypnotise yourself during pregnancy, labour and delivery as well as after the baby is born, promoting a positive state of mind, feelings of relaxation and better breathing control. If you learn to relax and create positive thoughts through self-hypnosis, any tension, which may be contributing to the pain, will be reduced.

How many sessions will you need?
This can vary from 2 – 6 or more. Your commitment and motivation to make a change will be a strong indicator of success.
The initial Consultancy Session is £75.00 and each Hypnotherapy Session following this is £65.00.
Groups of 2 or 3 can be arranged.
