What is Hypnosis and trance states

The power of the mind; together with simple inductions, deepeners, post-hypnotic suggestions and how to awaken your client.

Laws of suggestion and focus of attention strategies. Included is confidence, ego-strengthening and how to establish rapport with your client. You will be practising tactile or eye fixation induction and we will be discussing any contra-indications of treatment.
